I am requesting the following additions/improvements to the API endpoints:

• List All Tags - please include a method that returns a count of the Tag list. Currently we have no way of knowing how many tags we need to process.
• List Photos - same as List All Tags; provide a method that returns the count of photos in the system.
• Photos/Tags - please add a method to Delete a Tag from a photo.
